Payment

NOTE: The payment procedure is different in each phase:

• journey — Fluid Attacks pays you for each hour that Time Doctor logs, under a Training and Sponsorship contract.
• quest — Fluid Attacks pays you one quantity for a set of challenges.
• onboarding and practice — your employment contract specifies your payment, and the payment is not hourly.

Journey

1. Fluid Attacks pays you for the hours that you record in Time Doctor. Fluid Attacks gives you the hourly rate in the kick-off meeting.

2. Fluid Attacks pays you only for the time that you log, and for a maximum of 48 hours each week. This is correct even when you expect a different quantity.

3. The type of contract is Training and Sponsorship, with monthly payments. If Fluid Attacks did not send you the contract, send a message to your recruiter.

4. With this type of contract, you must pay any withholding and your social security fee, when these are applicable.

5. Fluid Attacks sends you the template of your payment receipt by email. This happens on the first business day of the next month. The Colombian name of this receipt is cuenta de cobro. Examine the template and complete it.

6. Send the completed and signed payment receipt to Fluid Attacks. Do this before the end of the third working day of the month.

7. You must also send these documents:

   • Certificación Bancaria. Your bank issues this document. It contains your name, your ID number and your account number. It shows that the bank account is yours.
   • The payment stub of your social security for the previous period (planilla de seguridad social). This document is necessary only when the monthly transfer is equal to or more than one Monthly Legal Minimum Wage. The Colombian name of this wage is SMMLV. The payment must cover Salud and Pensión. Riesgos Profesionales is optional.

8. Fluid Attacks pays you in the first five (5) working days of the month. Fluid Attacks needs the documents of steps 6 and 7 before that. Without these documents, Fluid Attacks cannot transfer the money.

Quest

1. Fluid Attacks pays you 200 USD for the full phase. You must solve 6 random challenges in 2 weeks (10 business days, or 14 calendar days). These challenges are applicable to the vacancy that you applied to.
2. Fluid Attacks sends the payment 10 business days after it receives your billing account.
3. If you are in Colombia, the payment is in COP, at the TRM of the day of your billing account.
4. If you are not in Colombia, and your bank account cannot receive USD, Fluid Attacks uses Deel. Fluid Attacks sends the payment through that platform. A billing account is not necessary for this procedure.
5. You must record your time in Time Doctor, in the task F/ Entrenar - Academy. Fluid Attacks gives you access to Time Doctor when you start.

Social security

In Colombia, an independent contractor pays their own social security. If you do not know this procedure, read more about it. Gerencie.com is one example of the information on the internet.

Some operators on the internet can receive the social security payment. These are six of them: ARUS, Simple, Aportes En Linea, SOI, Mi Planilla and Asopagos. You can use any of these operators.
