End of participation

Your participation in Fluid Attacks Academy stops when one of these conditions occurs.

1. You accept a job offer from Fluid Attacks.
2. You do not push to the Academy repository for 10 calendar days.
3. You send an email to say that you stop your participation.
4. Your metrics do not improve with time. The two most important metrics are Unique Solutions and Average Hour Per Unique Solution. Metrics gives the two.
5. You give the solution of a different person as your own solution, in full or in part. This is plagiarism.
6. A different person helps you to solve a challenge.
7. Your team leader at Fluid Attacks stops your phase.
8. You solve all the technical challenges.

If you are in the journey phase or in the quest phase, you must tell your recruiter about your progress.

NOTE: If you were an independent contractor, send a report to your Social Security Operator when your process stops. The Colombian name of this report is novedad. The report tells the operator that you are no longer an independent contractor for Fluid Attacks.

If condition 2 or condition 3 stopped your participation, you can apply again at any time. To apply again, send an email to [email protected] with this information:

• Your full name.
• Your ID number.
• Your GitLab username.

If condition 5 or condition 6 stopped your participation, you cannot apply again.
