Help and questions

The work items in this repository are a knowledge base. The knowledge base increases each time a talent asks a question, and all the talents can use it. Frequently, your problem is the same problem that a different talent had before you. The work item of that talent shows you the solution. Correct use of the work items saves time for all the talents.

Questions

To ask a question, do these steps:

1. Search the work items that have the question label. Your problem can be there already.
2. If no work item shows your problem, make a new work item with the question label.
3. Always use the question template. If your work item does not obey the template, Fluid Attacks does not answer it and can close it. You can then ask again with the correct format.

You can read the work items of the other talents. The Academy team gives the answer, and you must not answer them. Rules gives that rule and its consequence.

Format

The question template gives you the format and shows you examples. The format asks you for all the information that Fluid Attacks needs to understand your problem. Fluid Attacks answers as quickly as possible when your work item has this information.

NOTE: If you find the solution without help, add the solution to your work item. Set the work item to resolved when the answer solves your problem.
